Abstract

This article aims to study the access of women and men to non-cultivated edible plants in two indigenous communities in southern Veracruz, Mexico. To achieve this objective, the gender construction of the spaces where plants are obtained is analyzed, as well as the way in which this construction leads to the more frequent use of some of them by women and men.
