Organic farming is a movement that promotes the conversion of organic waste from the home, agriculture, market, drains, among others, into a relatively stable material called humus, through an aerobic decomposition process under controlled conditions, particularly humidity and aeration, in which bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes participate. The quality of humus will depend on the organic matter used in its production, having humus with different physicochemical as well as microbiological characteristics, so the greater the diversity of elements that give rise to said humus, the greater its content of nutrients and microorganisms. There are different processes of humus production, there are surface composts, vermihumus, bocashi, nutribora, and we also have certain elements that will enrich this humus, such as flours and bioles or ferments, all this with the purpose of having a better quality humus and improving soil fertility.
