Abstract

A program is developed that is able to convert a subset of Spanish into Natural Semantic Metalanguage vocabulary. This metalanguage has the characteristics of being free of ambiguities, being made up of simple concepts and having a reduced vocabulary, which presents advantages for its processing by computer. To show how this information can be used and that a reduction in the complexity of the text is advantageous, a small implementation of an expert system is made that is able to learn the rules of the game of cat and evaluate the board to determine the result of the game.
