Abstract

Plants obtained by micropropagation of the species: Eucalyptus urophylla and Eucalyptus grandis, measuring 3 to 7 cm in length and having at least 3 roots, were placed in bags with sandy clay soil as a substrate and were located in a nursery that provided 70% shade. Irrigation was by sprinkling for 15 days, they were fertilized 25 days after the start of acclimatization and spraying with Copper Oxychloride was carried out every 7 days. Two months after being transplanted to soil, the plants reached approximately 20 cm in length and were considered ready for planting. The adaptation percentages achieved were: E. urophylla 85 % and E. grandis 75 %.
