Abstract

The object of study of this research in Mexican insurance companies is the search for empirical evidence on the relationship between alliance strategies and their synergistic effects in companies in the Mexican insurance sector through the use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs). To do so, a descriptive empirical study of a cross-sectional type is carried out, which provides a snapshot of the variables of interest and their relationships at a given time. For the measurement, a structured instrument is used and the perception of managers on the variables studied is measured. The results show significant association relationships of strategies on commercial alliances and distribution channels through banking and the use of the Internet.
