The role of the entrepreneur should be based on promoting change and development in organizations, and they should have the necessary skills and characteristics to achieve this. Analyzing business vision and proactivity as variables of business culture is of great importance for the survival and competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized businesses. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of proactivity and vision of 418 entrepreneurs in the Celaya region, and to determine the relationship between these variables. The results show that there is a great aspiration among entrepreneurs to get ahead, however, their vision is not aligned with the level of proactivity with which they manage their organizations.
