Abstract

This article establishes the importance of education in the 21st century, the needs that exist for teacher training, where education is falling behind where a society advances rapidly and that the teacher must be constantly updating himself to have the necessary tools so that our students leave with effective knowledge.

The global changes that higher education systems face today sponsored by new global paradigms demand a new profile for the professional of the 21st century.

It is necessary for the teacher to be an innovator where he uses the appropriate strategies to have highly competitive students.

Nowadays the teacher must be a professional who requires having basic knowledge for his training, he must teach and learn, be able to know and tolerate different opinions and the actions of people, accept change, avoid imposing ideas or ways of thinking.
