Abstract

Graduate monitoring is a fundamental task for Higher Education Institutions that wish to know the impact of the program or service offered from the perspective of the end users, that is, the graduates. The intention of this study was to detect the level of satisfaction of graduates of the 2009-2013 generation with the academic services provided during the initial teacher training in the Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with Specialty in Telesecundaria. For this purpose, a multiple methodological strategy was implemented that incorporated quantitative and qualitative methods of collection and analysis, through an academic survey made up of 7 quality indicators and 6 levels of satisfaction. The results allow us to identify the strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity to improve the quality of the Educational Program.
