Abstract

From the logic of Educational Technology, the research was developed in three stages: Descriptive, Diagnostic, and confirmatory. The Diagnostic Evaluation process carried out by the Interinstitutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education (CIEES) to the 36 Teacher Training Schools of the State of Mexico was documented. The objective was to know the indicators that the educational programs met, for their accreditation. The results are 51 educational programs evaluated, 36 institutions and 12 participating bachelor's degrees; 66.6% with level 1 and 33.3% level 2. The above has had a statewide impact on learning achievements expressed in general knowledge tests, moving from an average of 60.5 points in 2009, to 67.5 in 2012.
