Abstract

This paper analyzes, from a phenomenological hermeneutical perspective, the practical sense that teachers at the Iguala Teacher Training Center give to curricular planning in the implementation of a new Study Plan. The institutional analysis is the framework for analyzing the implementation of the 1999 Study Plan for the Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, in an institution where various teacher training programs were developed and in 2000, it began its incursion into a new degree, although it maintained the semi-school modality and attention to personnel from the Education Secretariat in the entity for six years. Six years later, educational policies allowed teachers to participate and the opportunity to teach the school modality for workers and first year and for high school graduates later.
