Ra Ximhai scientific journal is Open Access, without prejudice to provisions regarding patents, intellectual or industrial property, national security, and copyright.

Open Access means:

Access to the Ra Ximhai journal through its digital platform, without any content restrictions, registration, or payment.

The right to copy the content published in the journal.

Ra Ximhai operates under the Diamond Open Access (Diamond OA) model, which means there is no cost to authors or readers, as it is fully funded by the University. Furthermore, it recognizes the "Limitations of Copyright and Related Rights" established in the Federal Copyright Law.

Authors retain intellectual property rights, and readers have the right to use the information appropriately and legally, granting rights to the original author of the work.
