Open Access means:

Access to the Ra Ximhai journal through its digital platform, without any content restrictions, registration, or payment.

The right to copy the content published in the journal.

Ra Ximhai acknowledges the "Limitations of Copyright and Related Rights" established in the Federal Copyright Law.

Authors retain intellectual property rights, and readers have the right to use the information appropriately and legally, granting rights to the original author of the work.
