Abstract

To understand the process of assimilation of force, it is sometimes necessary to have knowledge of muscle anatomy. Therefore, we can summarize that the human being is a perfect machine, capable of creating antibodies and adapting to any stimulus, without injuring any anatomical structure. In the case of the muscle, it is capable of deciding how far it can develop more work, since with the irrigation of lactic acid it announces fatigue, which is an indicator to stop any maximum effort.
