360º evaluation to understand the performance of CyBENP students

Abstract

The evaluation of competencies in higher education institutions represents a challenge today; evaluating competencies from a perspective that leads to the improvement and growth of the student and not just to issue a grade, is the challenge. The 360º Evaluation methodology allowed, in the case of the present research, to know the performance of the CyBENP students with respect to the generic competencies acquired during the course of a semester by using educational coaching as a tool to achieve them. The results obtained allow us to objectively know the competencies developed by the students with a view to the evaluation of performance as an opportunity to express themselves and improve, allowing at the same time to generate an action plan to increase the performance of the students.
