Abstract

This paper shows the results of teachers working at the Dora Madero Official School, with the resources of counseling in the days of approach to teaching practice, highlighting the use of intellectual skills in interactive and collaborative work with students, in addition to the attitudes carried out within their school work, as well as their academic performance throughout the work process.

Recognizing with these elements the areas that are mastered and in the same way the existing deficiencies in this school context, to achieve an institutional and quality transformation.

Multiple Regression tests, Descriptive Statistics, Frequencies and Percentages, Factorial Analysis of internal structure and Variability of the Phenomenon, All possible regression and a possible graph, in addition to Item Analysis were used.
