The Ra Ximhai scientific journal is funded by the Universidad Autónoma Indígena de México, through theCoordinación General de Investigación y Posgrado, which oversees the Editorial Department, directly responsible for providing the editorial tools and processes for publishing accepted contributions. Printing is funded by PRODEP.

As a non-profit journal, Ra Ximhai does not advertise commercial brands or scientific or institutional events.
