Abstract

This paper presents a series of materials that have been developed to facilitate and improve the learning process of the subject of materials science for students studying mechanical engineering, always keeping in mind the possibility of their use in other common or related careers. These materials can be accessible to students within the virtual field, since new teaching methodologies are presented that are more active and participative, focused on learning.
