Abstract

The Technological Institute of Los Mochis prepares the organizational diagnosis with a gender perspective for 2013, with the purpose of knowing the labor situation of women and men who work there, with respect to position and job, to obtain indicators of the level of horizontal segregation or occupational segregation and level of vertical segregation, average salary difference between men and women. The diagnosis consists of a qualitative analysis, through which the perception of the staff regarding discrimination, organizational quality of life and equal opportunities and gender equity is known. It also includes a quantitative analysis, which allows to know the indicators of the level of horizontal or occupational segregation, level of vertical segregation, average salary difference between men and women, degree and type of sexual harassment present in the Institution.
